What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through this website's contact and careers forms: your name, email address, phone number, organization, your message and, for applications, your CV and any links you include.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to route it to the right company within MSP Groups, and, for career applications, to consider you for current and future roles.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Enquiries and applications may be shared with the MSP Groups company best placed to respond. We use trusted service providers to host this website and to deliver form submissions by email; they process data only on our instructions.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small setting so the opening animation plays only once per visit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Career applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing colidrees@mspgroups.ca. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
